Magazines

I am a big fan of magazines because I LOVE getting stuff in the mail....especially spiritually-minded catalogs, magazines, and workshop listings. There are many great, informative, and enlightening periodicals these days and the list just keeps growing....we just signed up for a new one called "Pure Inspiration" and just received the premier Fall 2006 issue which included articles from Marianne Williamson, Masaru Emoto (Messages From Water), Napoleon Hill, and Paramahansa Yogananda, just to name a few. It does have the feel of a "new, still-developing" project, but I love to support new businesses in this genre. Here is the link to check it out for yourself:

Science of Mind-this monthly has beautiful articles, a daily reading (fabulous!), and has been in publication for 80 years!! I've heard they are re-doing the layout for 2007 and I can't wait to see it.

Body and Soul-a more commercial, mainstream mag with articles about holistic health, yoga, green practices, nutrition, etc. I find that it has improved tremendously over the past year and offers lots of interesting websites, recipes, and the articles have more depth than in previous years. Definitely worth a look!

Yoga Journal-THE resource for the yoga enthusiast! They have a great interactive website, too.
